Lion Culture

Terms and Conditions

Effective 26 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of challenge.lionculture.io and your purchase of and participation in The Visibility Challenge (the “Programme”), operated by Monarchy Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site, enrolling, or participating, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enrol.

1. Who we are

Monarchy Media LLC, 650 Cleveland Street #2291, Clearwater, FL 33755. Contact: [email protected]. Lion Culture is a brand operated by the Company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By enrolling you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. The Programme

The Visibility Challenge is a 21-day online group programme delivered by Ariel Lyndsey. It includes six live group video calls, daily action prompts, access to a private online community, and group question-and-answer during the live calls.

The Programme is educational and delivered to a group. It is not one-to-one coaching, consulting, therapy, counselling, or any licensed professional service. No professional-client relationship of any kind is created by your enrolment.

4. Enrolment and payment

Enrolment is complete when payment is authorised and confirmed by our payment processor, Stripe. All prices are in United States dollars and exclude any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction, which are your responsibility.

Two payment options are offered:

  • Pay in full — a single payment of $222.
  • Instalment plan — two payments of $127. The first is charged at enrolment. The second is charged automatically fourteen days later to the same payment method.

By selecting the instalment plan you authorise the Company and Stripe to charge your payment method for the second instalment on that schedule without further notice or authorisation. The full plan amount of $254 is owed once you enrol, regardless of whether you attend, participate, or complete the Programme.

If an instalment fails, we may suspend your access until the balance is settled. You remain liable for the outstanding amount and for any fees we reasonably incur in recovering it.

5. Schedule and delivery

The Programme begins on 24 September 2026. Live call dates and times are communicated by email before the start date. We may reschedule a live call where reasonably necessary; a recording is made available where a call is rescheduled or missed.

Access to the private community runs for the duration of the Programme. Access to call replays continues for twelve months after the final call.

6. Recording of live calls

All live calls are recorded in audio and video, together with the chat transcript, so that participants who cannot attend live can catch up. You are told this verbally at the start of each call.

You are never required to appear on camera. You may participate with your camera off and your microphone muted. By joining a call with your camera or microphone enabled, you consent to being recorded and to that recording being shared with other participants in your cohort.

We will not use any recording of you, your image, your voice or your name in advertising or public marketing without your separate written permission. Consent to recording for programme delivery is not consent to marketing use.

Recordings are retained for twelve months and then deleted. You may request removal of a recording in which you appear by emailing [email protected].

You may not record, screenshot, or otherwise capture live calls yourself.

7. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your own participation, action, decisions and results.
  • You are responsible for all content you create and publish, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law and with the terms of any platform you publish it to.
  • You will provide and maintain a working email address.
  • You will comply with the Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property and licence

All Programme materials — recordings, prompts, worksheets, frameworks, written content, and all content on challenge.lionculture.io — are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. “Lion Culture” and “The Visibility Challenge” are marks of the Company.

On enrolment you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the materials for your own development for the access period described in clause 5.

You may not copy, download except where a download is expressly provided, reproduce, republish, redistribute, resell, licence, share login credentials for, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Programme material. You may not use any Programme material to build or operate a competing product or service. Breach of this clause is grounds for immediate termination without refund and may give rise to a claim for damages and injunctive relief.

9. Your content

You retain ownership of content you post in the community. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute that content within the community for the purpose of operating the Programme. This licence ends when your access ends, except for copies retained in routine backups.

10. Refunds and cancellation

Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this agreement. In summary: a full refund is available on request within seven days of purchase, provided the Programme has not yet begun. After that window, and in all cases once the Programme has begun, all sales are final.

11. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us at [email protected] and allowing us seven days to resolve the matter, we may immediately suspend or terminate your access, decline future enrolment, and recover from you any fees, costs and reasonable legal expenses incurred in responding to the dispute. Initiating a chargeback does not release you from amounts owed under an instalment plan.

12. Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund if you breach these Terms or the Community Guidelines, behave abusively toward participants or staff, share Programme materials or credentials, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent payment activity.

13. Cancellation by us

If we cancel the Programme before it begins, you receive a full refund. If we cancel the Programme after it begins, you receive a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion. These are your sole remedies for cancellation by us.

14. Deferral

If you cannot take part in the cohort you enrolled in, you may request to defer your place to a future run of the Programme by emailing [email protected] before your cohort ends. Deferral is granted at our sole discretion, is subject to a future cohort being scheduled, and does not extend, restart or reopen the refund window.

15. No guarantee of results

We make no representation, warranty or guarantee regarding the results you will achieve. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, circumstances, market conditions, and the policies and algorithms of third-party platforms. Our Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the Programme are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site or Programme will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the site or the Programme, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the site or the Programme will not exceed the total amount you actually paid to us for the Programme.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where those laws apply, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, your participation in the Programme, content you publish, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

19. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, illness, epidemic, war, civil unrest, labour dispute, platform or internet outage, failure of a third-party service, or governmental action.

20. Dispute resolution

20.1 Notice and good-faith resolution. Before commencing any formal proceeding, you agree to send a written description of the dispute and the resolution sought to [email protected]. We will do the same. Neither party may commence mediation or arbitration until thirty days after that notice.

20.2 Mediation. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty days, both parties agree to submit it to non-binding mediation before a single mediator in Florida, conducted in good faith. Mediation may be held by video conference. Each party bears its own costs; the mediator's fee is shared equally. Neither party may commence arbitration until mediation has concluded or the other party has failed to participate within thirty days of a written request.

20.3 Binding individual arbitration. Any dispute not resolved by mediation will be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in Florida or conducted remotely at the arbitrator's discretion. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this clause.

20.4 Waiver of court proceedings and jury trial. Except as provided in clause 20.6, you and the Company waive the right to litigate in court and the right to a trial by jury.

20.5 Class action waiver. All disputes must be brought in an individual capacity. You and the Company waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person or preside over any representative proceeding.

20.6 Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where the claim qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Nothing in this clause prevents you from reporting a matter to a government agency or waives any right that cannot be waived by law.

20.7 Opt-out. You may reject clauses 20.3 to 20.5 by emailing [email protected] within thirty days of enrolment, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms and will not affect your access to the Programme.

21. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

22. Electronic communications and signatures

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and agree that electronic agreements, notices and records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Ticking a box or clicking a button indicating acceptance constitutes your electronic signature.

23. Notices

Notices to you may be sent to the email address associated with your enrolment. Notices to us must be sent to [email protected] and, where a formal legal notice, also by post to Monarchy Media LLC, 650 Cleveland Street #2291, Clearwater, FL 33755.

24. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your enrolment. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets.

25. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

26. Survival

Clauses 8, 9, 11, 15 to 21, 23 and 25 survive termination or expiry of these Terms.

27. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the site and the Programme, and supersede all prior representations, understandings and agreements.

28. Changes

We may modify these Terms. The effective date above will change and material revisions will be notified on the site. Changes do not apply retroactively to a Programme you have already purchased. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
