These Guidelines apply to the private community, the live calls, and any other space operated by Monarchy Media LLC in connection with The Visibility Challenge. They form part of our Terms and Conditions.
This community works because people share things they have not shared before. That only happens if everyone in it is safe.
Expected conduct
- Treat other participants and staff with respect, including in disagreement.
- Give feedback on the work, not the person.
- Keep what others share inside the room. Do not screenshot, repost, or discuss another participant's content, story or circumstances outside the community without their explicit permission.
- Share your own work. Do not present anyone else's work as your own.
- Assume good faith, and raise concerns with us rather than escalating them publicly.
Not permitted
- Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking or intimidation of any kind.
- Hate speech or discriminatory content targeting race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or any other protected characteristic.
- Sexually explicit content, or unwanted sexual attention directed at another participant.
- Publishing another person's private or identifying information without their consent.
- Spam, unsolicited pitching, recruiting participants into other offers, or multi-level marketing.
- Sharing login credentials, recordings, or Programme materials with anyone outside the community.
- Recording, screenshotting or otherwise capturing live calls.
- Anything unlawful, or anything that breaches the terms of the platform hosting the community.
Enforcement
We may remove content, issue a warning, or suspend or terminate access, at our discretion and without refund, for any breach of these Guidelines. Serious breaches — including harassment, threats, publishing another participant's private information, or distributing Programme materials — may result in immediate removal without warning.
Reporting
To report a concern, email [email protected] with the subject line “Community report”. Reports are treated confidentially so far as is practicable. We will acknowledge within two business days.
Your content
You retain ownership of everything you post. By posting you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it within the community for the purpose of operating the Programme. We will not use your community content in marketing without your separate written permission.
