This policy explains how Monarchy Media LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on challenge.lionculture.io. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use pixels, tags, software development kits and browser local storage, which work in similar ways. In this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to function. They deliver pages, maintain security, balance load, remember your cookie preferences and remember your light or dark display setting. These cannot be switched off and do not require consent.
Analytics
Help us understand how visitors find and move through the page, which sections are read, and where visitors leave. We use this to improve the page. Consent is required in the EEA and the UK; an opt-out is available in United States jurisdictions that provide one.
Advertising
Set by or on behalf of advertising platforms including Meta, TikTok and Google. They measure the performance of our campaigns and allow those platforms to show relevant advertising. Consent is required in the EEA and the UK. In California this activity constitutes “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Functional
Support embedded features such as video playback and community platform functionality. Some are set by the third parties providing those features.
3. Your choices
When you first visit the site you are asked to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Rejecting is as straightforward as accepting, and you can change your decision at any time through the Cookie Settings link in our footer.
Where you are in the EEA or the UK, no analytics or advertising cookies are set before you consent.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you do, parts of the site may not function correctly.
To opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising, use the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer.
4. Global Privacy Control
We honour Global Privacy Control signals where required by applicable law. There is no accepted standard for Do Not Track browser signals and we do not currently respond to them.
5. Retention
Cookie lifespans vary. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for a defined period, generally no longer than twenty-six months, unless deleted earlier.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this policy. Questions: [email protected].
